Philosophy
I believe in meeting the client(s) where they are at and working together to instill and implement change, which in turn enables one to achieve their goals. A variety of therapeutic approaches may be utilized depending upon the individual client needs and presenting issues. I prefer to utilize a solution-focused cognitive behavioral approach with an analytical perspective.
