Day and evening appointments are available Monday through Friday in the Golden Valley office and Monday through Friday in the Elk River office.  Further information may be obtained and appointments scheduled by calling the following telephone numbers:

 

Pathways is a Rule 29 clinic.  It meets the comprehensive licensure and practice requirements of the State of Minnesota regarding mental health care.  Our multi-disciplinary team meets together regularly and we have monthly psychiatric consultation.  We strive for excellence in treatment planning and diagnostic accuracy, seeking to provide the highest level of client care.
